Checkpoint, Tel Aviv
||Office and high-tech buildings
||16,000 square meters above the ground
24,000 square meters underground
Beit Checkpoint overlooks the Ayalon Highway and its two wings face the west. An office floor is made up of two wings- a squared one is made of stone and a rounded one is made of glass. The core tower emerges at the wings' joint that faces an western entrance square. A climatic design turns glass facades to the north and in southern facades the area of the openings is narrow and aided by horizontal shadings which is typical for modern construction in Tel Aviv. The construction offers 450 parking spaces at 4 basement floors of 24,000 square meters in total.
